1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Timeline

Our goal is to ensure that your Arialief supply reaches you in the shortest time possible. All orders placed on our Site are subject to a processing period of 24 to 48 business hours. During this window, our team performs quality checks, verifies payment authorization, and carefully packs your items to ensure they survive the transit process. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.

During periods of extreme demand or viral promotional activity, processing times may extend up to 72 hours. We thank you for your patience as we work to maintain the highest standards of logistics excellence.

2. Domestic Shipping Methods and Estimates

We partner with premier carriers including the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx to provide a range of delivery speeds. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination's proximity to our Florida fulfillment center.

3. Delivery Tracking and Status Updates

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a Shipment Confirmation email will be generated automatically and sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains your unique Tracking ID. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update with initial scan information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the progress of their delivery and ensure a secure location is available for the package drop-off.

4. Handling of Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Healthy Relief is not legally liable for packages once they have been scanned into the carrier's possession. However, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction. If your package arrives damaged, please take high-resolution photographs of the damaged outer packaging and the product bottles and send them to support@DailyVitalityMethod.com within 48 hours.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information confirms a delivery but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, porch areas, or building security. If the package remains missing after 3 business days, please contact the carrier directly to open a missing mail investigation. We cannot issue refunds for packages that have been successfully confirmed as delivered by the carrier's GPS-verified scan.

5. Address Accuracy and Refused Deliveries

It is paramount that you verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. We use automated systems that print labels exactly as entered by the user. If an order is returned to our facility due to an 'Undeliverable' status, an 'Insufficient Address,' or because the customer refused the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. To reship a returned package, the customer must pay a secondary shipping fee.

6. Force Majeure and External Delays

Arialief Labs shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, national strikes, global pandemic disruptions, or technical failures within the carrier's regional sorting facilities.
